Loong Wellspring (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Zilong mobile application (the “App”). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights
regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

a. Data stored locally on your device

The App stores the following on your device only:

• Your study progress, quiz results, and vocabulary mastery records
• Your study streak and experience points
• Your custom vocabulary and flashcard decks
• Your App settings and preferences
• Your RPG warrior profile and dungeon progress

This data is stored in your device’s private app storage, protected by Android’s application sandbox. It does not leave your device unless you sign in to enable cloud sync (see section 1b) or manually export a backup.

b. Account and cloud sync data (optional)

If you choose to create an account or sign in, we store a copy of your study progress, user profile, and warrior profile in Firebase Firestore, associated with your account.
This allows your progress to be restored on a new device. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from the Account screen in the App.

We use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage accounts. Firebase may collect your email address and device identifiers. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy.

c. Analytics data

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, including which features you use and how often. This data cannot identify you personally. You can opt out of
analytics collection through your device’s privacy settings.

d. Crash reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports when the App encounters an error. Crash reports may include your device model, OS version, and a stack
trace of the error. They do not include your study data or personal information.

e. Voice and audio data

Some features (pronunciation practice, tone checking) use your device’s microphone to record your voice. Audio is processed locally on your device or via your device’s
operating system speech recognition service. We do not transmit your audio recordings to our servers.

f. In-app purchases

If you make a purchase, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status. RevenueCat receives
a purchase receipt and your device’s advertising identifier. Please review RevenueCat’s Privacy
Policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the App
• To restore your progress across devices (when signed in)
• To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues
• To understand how features are used and prioritize improvements

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Children’s Privacy

Age verification

When you first open the App, you will be asked whether you are under 13 or 13 and older. Your answer is stored only on your device and is used to configure the App
appropriately for your age group. You can change this setting at any time from the Settings screen.

Users aged 13 and older

Users who indicate they are 13 or older have access to all App features, including optional account creation, cloud sync of study progress, and in-app purchases as described
in sections 1 and 2 above.

Users under 13

For users who indicate they are under 13, the App automatically disables the following:

• Account creation and sign-in — no personal information (email address) is collected and no account is created
• Cloud sync — all study progress is stored locally on the device only and is never uploaded to our servers
• Usage analytics — Firebase Analytics is disabled; no usage data is transmitted
• In-app purchases — the subscription and premium content purchasing system is disabled

For users under 13, the App functions as a fully offline, local-only experience. The only data involved is study progress stored on the device, which never leaves the
device.

Parental rights

If your child is using this App, you can:

• Review what data is on the device by using the App’s built-in backup export feature (Settings → Export Backup)
• Delete all data by uninstalling the App or using Settings → Reset App Data
• Contact us at support@longwellspring.com with any questions about your child’s data

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13. If you believe your child has inadvertently provided personal information, please contact us and we
will ensure it is deleted promptly.

5. Data Retention

• Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• Cloud data is retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account from the Account screen in the App.
• Analytics and crash data is retained for up to 14 months per Google’s standard retention policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Accessing the personal data we hold about you
• Requesting deletion of your personal data
• Withdrawing consent for optional data collection (analytics)

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below or delete your account directly from the App.

7. Security

Your study data is stored using your device’s private app storage (Android application sandbox). Cloud sync data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in Google’s Firebase
infrastructure, which uses industry-standard security measures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
